Personal information is when you can identify a person by the information given both directly or indirectly.  This statement discloses that Bespoke Backdrops collects, uses, discloses and manages data of its visitors and customers. We are the Data Controller of the information you give us and are legally required to protect visitor or customer privacy. Bespoke Backdrops Data Protection Officer is responsible for ensuring that your data is stored and processed safely.

What type of personal information do we collect?

The personally identifiable information could be your name, address, email and contact number. 

Payments of goods is either by Bank Transfer or through secure Wix card payment methods. 

We would also collect, after you use our service, your feedback/comments/product reviews to use on our website or social media posts.

 

How do we collect information?

When you contact Bespoke Backdrops through our website Hire Request Page, Email, Messaging or Call we will collect and store your name, email, contact number and address. This will be uploaded to our database only for future correspondence or deliverance of goods. We only store information you have directly given us and which we need to run our Service. 

 

Why do we collect such personal information?

Your personal data is collected so we can:

  • Communicate with you about your enquiry/order through email, messaging or phone call.

  • Provide you with booking confirmation and invoices.

  • Deliver our goods to your event location at the time you have requested.

  • Provide customer support during your hire.

How do we store, use share and disclose your personal information?

We store your personal information for reference and deliverance of goods, email, messaging or phone communications between us. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  In addition, we use Google Analytics and Sheets to monitor the effectiveness of our website and advertising. Our computer access is password protected and access restrictions for users are in place. We take the safety of your details seriously and every attempt is made to keep your information secure although this may not be 100%.
