Payments of goods is either by Bank Transfer or through secure Wix card payment methods.

We would also collect, after you use our service, your feedback/comments/product reviews to use on our website or social media posts.

When you contact Bespoke Backdrops through our website Hire Request Page, Email, Messaging or Call we will collect and store your name, email, contact number and address. This will be uploaded to our database only for future correspondence or deliverance of goods. We only store information you have directly given us and which we need to run our Service.

In addition, we use Google Analytics and Sheets to monitor the effectiveness of our website and advertising. Our computer access is password protected and access restrictions for users are in place. We take the safety of your details seriously and every attempt is made to keep your information secure although this may not be 100%.
